Hourly Rates Effective January 1, 2007

Minimum 1-hour charge for computers and networks

Mininum 1/2 hour for Web-Site activity

Unless otherwise stated,
additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.

First five minutes of telephone support and consulting is FREE.

On-Site Computer Hardware and Software
Installation and Troubleshooting

1. Single - stand-alone computer - no network - $120 an hour
2. Networked computers - $120 an hour troubleshooting and repair
3. Networked Computer Maintenance Agreement - Fee based on number of computers and fullness of Maintenance Plan. Two hours minimum monthly charge - $120 an hour.
4. We have Certified Microsoft, Novell and Linux engineers on staff if you have the need - $250 an hour.
5. Off-site data backup - Beginning at a monthly two-hour minimum charge of $120 an hour. Your Off-Site Data Backup is stored on our secure servers for 6 months before deletion unless other arrangements are made.
6. Data Security, Data Deletion, Data Recovery, and Hard Drive Forensics for the Legal Community - $120 to $180 per hour, per person, depending on your information needs, and whether the service is performed on-site or through telephone support.

Web Page Design and Maintenance

1. Basic Page Design and Maintenance - $120 an hour - 1/2 hour minimum charge. This includes graphic scanning, fine-tuning and insertion, and interactive information forms to be emailed to you by your web site visitors - $120 an hour - Whether we make one change or ten changes - there is a 30-minute minimum charge.
2. Professional Graphic Design and Special Advanced Web Page Programming
   Cost is dependant on the situation. Call us and discuss your vision.
3. Listserve Setup Charge of $225 includes up to 100 initial subscribers. Call us to discuss the setup fee if you will be starting out with more than 100 listserve subscribers.
4. Listserve Creation and Maintenance - $120 an hour - Call us to discuss your needs. We can start out small and grow as large and as fast as your needs require.

Internet Security

Basic Internet Security activity starts at $120 an hour.

If a security-specialist in any specific area is needed, the hourly rates start at $180 and up, depending on the specialty and certification needed.

Consulting and Picking Our Brains

The first five minutes of telephone support or consulting is provided at no charge. Any additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. We can accept a credit card at the time of the consultation.

If you would like us to research any computer related option and give you a written opinion, we will bill you at the regular hourly rates quoted above.
