In order to answer the
increase in inquiries we have been receiving for our
Internet Services, we have come up with the following
plans for you to choose.
Lets
start with the basics:
1. We accept Checks,
American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We bill $100
per hour, one hour minimum. Any additional hours are
billed in 15-minute increments. If you take advantage
of our special web design packages and monthly maintenance
agreements, your costs will be less than $100 per
hour.

can provide professional graphics and multimedia work

2. Acquiring
an unique domain - is $200.00 for up to 2
hours for researching a domain name and locking in
the domain name for your use. This includes the domain
registration fee, one year of free “parking” of the
domain name while you decide how to develop the web
site, and a basic “Coming Soon To A Monitor Near You
Page” so people do not see a blank page or an error
message until you are ready to develop the domain.
While the domain name is “parked”, no
one can take the domain name from you, but email cannot
be set up until you go forward with development.

If you need an Internet Provider to host your
website pages - we are able to offer full-service
Internet access and services through our association
with Brainlink International, Inc. Brainlink International,
Inc., offering Internet services in 1994.
Through Brainlink International, we offer a
full line of Internet services from e-commerce to
state-of-the art Internet security.
The basic domain name hosting and dial-up
access starts at just $35 per month, including 5 email
accounts. This
basic service is all most of you will need to fully
develop your website.
If you just want to host your website and do not
need dial-up access, the monthly cost starts at just
$20 per month, including 5 email accounts.

4. Graphics
- Sites overloaded with graphics may load too slowly.
Sites with too little graphics may look bland or may
not navigate as well. Twenty-five percent of a designer's
time is spent accommodating browsers and the many
browser versions. A site designed with one browser
in mind, e.g., Explorer, may work poorly in Netscape.That
said, we can work with you to have the right balance
of graphics and photos throughout your website.We
have thousand of graphics and Webpage background for
your use. However, since we all have different tastes,
most of them would not be suitable for you. Through
pre-web-design consultation and during the web-design
process, we will surely find something that will project
what you desire to your web page visitors. The basic
graphics and web page backgrounds are included in
the various plans or customized web page designs available
to you. We have professional graphic designers available
to create something really special just for you at
an additional fee.

Photos - We can take any size photo
from a wallet-size to an 8X10, scan it and place it
on your website. The quality of the finished website
photo will be determined by the quality of the photo
you send us. We will do our best to digitally touch
up any photos you send us for the best appearance
on your website. We have even been able to add teath
in a client's photo where he did not have any. His
wife was impressed. We request that any photos you
send us are ones that you do not returned. We would
not want to damage any sentimental photos that you
treasure. If you are sending us any photos that you
must have returned, please contact us first to discuss
the preventative care needed. We will do our best
to protect your submitted photos, but we cannot be
responsible for any lost or damaged photos – unless
discussed with us beforehand and we agree to accept
them for submission.
If you already have photos on the web, we can probably
take them right off the web and put them into your
website.
If you are within 200 miles of NYC, we can make arrangements
to come to your place and take digital photographs
of your firm, personnel, building or any other photo
you desire on your website. We will bring a laptop
to show you the digital photographs while we are in
your office so you will be able to choose the photographs
you want to put on your website before we leave your
office.
Our minimum charge for coming to your office is
$300 for up to three hours. Additional time is billed
at $100 per hour in 15-minute increments.

.Search Engine Submission - We will
personalize what are called "meta-tags"
(hidden in your web page and other visible keywords
that enable your website to receive better listings
in the major search engines. We will have a web page
devoted to search engines in the near future.

Typical maintenance your website will require
in order to continue driving traffic to your site
month after month:
Website Updates: We
will add or delete at your request; articles, settlement
outcomes, attorney bios, etc., to your current pages
whenever you have new content to add or modify on
your site.
Search Engine Submission: Search engine
sites such as Yahoo and Google may drop your site
from their lists or you may notice that your ranking
will fall over time. It is important to monitor
your rankings and alter your meta tags time after
time to keep up with the search engine ranking systems.
It will take one to two hours monthly to check the
various search engines for your ranking.
Pay Per Click and Pay for Insertion sites:
Many attorneys subscribe to different search engine
indexing companies that improve their placement
and ranking in the various search engines to aid
in driving traffic to their sites. Keyword maintenance
is an important step in assuring that you are employing
the most effective keywords to bring new clients
to your website.
We will revise your "meta-tag"
and web-page keywords to reflect our research on various
search engines for your web site ranking.

Money-saving web site maintenance
plan - We offer
a very cost effective maintenance plan that allows
you to call us as often as you want, with changes
that take only 10-15 minutes, without incurring
a
minimun charge every time. Just agree to a 12-month
web-page maintenance plan of two-hours a month
At our normal hourly rates, when
we sit down at the computer to create or update
a webpage,
our time-clock starts clicking. Since we have a 1/2
hour mininum charge, if the web-page updates take
less than an 1/2 hour, you are billed for 1/2 hour
at $100 per hour. Sign-up for a 12-month monthly
maintenance
plan of 2 hours monthly and it will cost you
$100 an hour - with no 1/2 hour minimum
for any changes.
If a change takes 10 minutes - we will just apply
the ten minutes towards your 2-hour monthly mininum
maintenance contract. Unused time is not carried
over to the next month.

What does a complete web site cost?
Our sites are professional, but affordable. Our typical
price range for consultation, graphics, design, and
training on custom designed Web Sites is $300 - $5,000
and up. This price is considerably less than advertising
options that often achieve less results. Over the
next couple of months, we will be offering a selection
of Basic Web Site Templates for you to choose from
priced at just $1,000 for a complete web site. that
you can pick and choose from various backgrounds,
graphics and "look and feels". For those
of you who really do not know what you want your web
site to look like, these "pick and choose"
web site templates will get you up and running very
quickly.
